Then rain hit and driverside wiper arm wouldn't go all the way up. Went to Ford shop and they said the the tech didn't tighten the locking screw. That caused the wiper arm gear to strip and damaged my wiper blades. After they did a temporary fix so I can drive, I called safelite and spoke to warranty. They said because I had my local Ford look at issue instead of going back to original site that I voided the warranty.

I swung by to confirm it could be fixed and was in and out in 5 minutes. Scheduled the next day for a fix. The fix is excellent and the appointment took less than 30min.

They tried again with factory glass and were unsuccessful because the truck has a lift and is not factory height. I then had to take the vehicle to the dealership to get the job completed at significant cost and time. If you're vehicle has any suspension modification or non standard tire sizes, I would not go there.
