We ended getting a couple of shocks and our tires rotated to help with shaking. I wish my local california shop was more like this place
- TTTaylorJun 15, 20251.0Not impressed with their incompetent mechanics. Had a rental truck that would not charge. Took them five hours to replace the alternator. Tried sending me on my way with the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Four hours later said they fixed it, despite the fact that it still was not charging and the ABS light was now on. Got aggressive when I challenged the repair or inquired as to the cause. Truck never charged, ABS light never went off, and I ended up having to switch trucks in St. George.
