I had a vacuum that was 100% blocked, and a worker came over and replaced the nozzle for me. Amazing. My car was taken care of perfectly and came out very clean even with the basic wash. Pulling out of the parking lot is a nightmare, but it’s a fantastic experience overall.

The audacity. This place doesn’t have complimentary towels or cleaners either and they are higher priced than other places that do offer these things. Horrible lot for the vacuums. I will never go to a Mister Wash again.

After I got my car washed I started vacuuming all the debris and whatnot in my car when, to my dismay, a mister car wash employee started using a leaf blower around the front sidewalk area, to blow loads and loads of dirt into the air. Im talking about a rather large dust cloud that slowly floated over to my car and many others nearby. The guy next to me was very upset as he was currently hand drying his car. And then all this dust and dirt and debris slowly started to settle on all our cars. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. Is this some sort of scam to get my car dirty and require another wash or something??? I mean like what the helly are they thinking!!!!! Completely dumbfounded by the thinking behind this one. Very disappointed will not be coming here for a long time.
