I recently had my black BMW M760 evaluated by a highly rated company for a ceramic coating and they were surprised at how few marks were on the car. However due to the attitude of the arrogant rude current general manager Derek, on more than one occasion, I cannot give them a top rating at this time.

I had a vacuum that was 100% blocked, and a worker came over and replaced the nozzle for me. Amazing. My car was taken care of perfectly and came out very clean even with the basic wash. Pulling out of the parking lot is a nightmare, but it’s a fantastic experience overall.
