  OK car wash, but very weak vacuums. They also make you pay for towels. Will go to a quick quack next time, where their vacuums actually work and they give you towels for free.

  The service from all the staff members is absolutely stellar, I have had help from the their staff and management and I believe they truly care about me getting the best service and care, also I did wsnt to mention how phenomenal my car looks after washing, 10 out of ten experience and service, I highly recommend others to wash here!!!! 🙌🏻💯🏆😎🫡

  During my recent visit to this car wash, I was not sufficiently impressed with the quality of service provided by Mason. The car wash’s abrasive treatment of vehicles was particularly concerning. I strongly advise against using this car wash.

  I was contacted by Mason representing Mister Car Wash regarding damage to my vehicle. He told me that the ceramic coating and polish previously done on my car were probably not done correctly, which is why the entire left side and left rear quarter panel are showing swirl marks. I explained that I was willing to pay out of pocket to have the vehicle polished again at another professional shop and then run it through the wash tunnel to demonstrate that swirl marks would appear afterward. Mason responded by saying that whoever I take my vehicle to does not know how to properly perform the job. When I repeated that I was willing to pay to test this, he then stated that my clear coat is peeling — on a brand new vehicle. He also mentioned that the swirl marks appear on the left side because one of the brushes makes more contact there, while the right side is touched more lightly. Overall, I did not feel that Mason was helpful in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Btw enjoy your meals don’t tell the staff to have me show up for you not be present two times in a row.

  Kamille was so sweet and so incredibly helpful! My car got stuck in mud last night and was absolutely covered and caked in mud. Kamille helped me pick the best wash for my car to get her clean and shiny again, she answered all my questions, and was just really lovely to talk to. She absolutely made my day! Thank you, Kamille!!! 🌟
