They have it blocked security is there we can't use it. It is pretty disappointing.

I didn't catch his name. And in the end it turned out I was not overcharged, just mistaken. He was so helpful and patient with me. Great job! We need more people like him in customer service!

I would've even been willing to purchase just to use them but the security guard up front would not let me. Would not give a reason to why they were closed as well. Ive always relied on maverick to have bathroom facilities open as I am also a home health nurse. This is the first time I've been denied usage. I will recommend anybody in the future to avoid visiting this specific maverick because of it.
