  Staff running the place are more prepared to battle than provide any level of customer service. I went in to trade in my PUGS glasses with the warranty that every Maverick provides and is posted above every glasses rack. The Manager first accused me of stealing them right off the bat and then when I doubled down said I was scamming them and no such thing exists. So then she takes it further telling me to go to the posted notice and read it out loud. So I read THEIR policy out loud for all to hear like a kid in 3rd grade. After showing her, HER policy she gets upset and tells me she will do it once but not to come back. I was embarrassed and dressed down in this store. When I came back after calming down, the store manager had shrugged it off as no big deal and wrote me off when I asked for the district managers information. Contacting the district manager, he was somewhat apologetic.... but had compared my experience to that of a customer that had purchased an overcooked hotdog! No accountability and compassion was scarce! I used to love Maverick! Never again.

  Stay away from this one. Quite possibly the worst gas station in city and each year it gets worse. Bathrooms will never be open as well.
