He repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, tried disciplining me and speaking down to me while I was attempting to gather information about a service that was done on my vehicle on September 2nd, 2025. He is very demeaning and offensive and was obstructing my access to video surveillance which I need to establish that a service was done for a police report. I felt disrespected. Cliff who is the manager does not respect women and was uncooperative. I will NOT be returning to this location. Ladies be cautious at this location. He tried everything to make sure I could not get the video I need. Instead of helping me he tried bating me into a argument with his constant talking over me. It was an infuriating conversation about obtaining simple video evidence due to a crime occuring. Again, I will NOT be returning to this location.
