I brought my Sienna into this Foothill Jiffylube for a routine oil change and they found a problem caused by the last service appt. They were upfront about the problem, managed expectations and when they realized the scope was greater than projected they offered ride share credits. Their diligence and effort got the job done quicker than expected and done right and they gave it to me free of charge for the hassle. A classy gesture and an incredible conclusion to what could’ve been a nightmare day. I’m going back in 5000 miles for sure.
