Those that I spoke to at the front desk were fine but still not straightforward. I asked for pricing and they gave me numbers but the take home price was twice what he had told me. Apparently he was telling me the cost per bottle of oil, not actually the overall price (which is what I needed to logically choose which coupon I could use)- seemed fishy that he wouldn’t tell me it was the price per bottle. After over an hour there I left wondering if they even serviced my car.
