He kept pushing me to close the sale, and I told him I needed to be sure I had a device and service I'd be happy with. He immediately hung up on me. He then had the audacity to call me again and again until I told him I'd gone with another provider (Smart Start - they're great) and he immediately hung up on me again. LOSERS. Imagine if I had to rely on them for the duration of my install... it would be a complete nightmare.
