I wish A1 Interlock didn't move to another location. Because the other options that are left to choose from are expensive as hell and rude! I will definitely not be choosing Intoxalock Ignition Interlock.

I was told that the device would be installed at the scheduled time, but 3 hours late was not acceptable. The mechanic was apologetic though which made up for the discrepency.

Sales person was rude and pushy and wanted the sale more than he wanted to answer my questions. Once I said I wanted to think about it, he hung up on me. He called me again (lol) days later and I told him I went with someone else (Smart Start - they're great). Hung up on me immediately.
