  After getting my name wrong at the main desk, Erik B. corrected the problem in the parking garage after a bit of a wait. To compensate us he gave us a wonderful upgrade we enjoyed the entire time. So nice of him! Very much appreciated!

  The pick-up was an really smooth experience for me at the Salt Lake City airport. The site was right outside of the airport, and the line was short. We got everything set up and got our car within 10 min. It was a very nice experience with just a small flaw. The person at the front desk asked for our ID, mentioned that I will get an electronic invoice and told us to get the car at the parking lot. When I saw the invoice in my email the day after, I noticed that I was charged with a fuel service option (which was not on my invoice when I booked it online) without being asked. When we arrived Las Vegas, the person who took care of the rental return actually was nice enough to take it off my bill since we returned the car with a full tank. He at first said that this add-on service cannot be taken off since I agreed with it when drove off. After I explained what happened, he offered to take it off the bill for 100% customer satisfaction. I was glad that I check the invoice before return and that this issue was solve without any hassle.

  Enterprise is always my my favorite company for car rentals! I love that it is still family owned and I always have been give the best customer service!! I have probably rented over 1000 cars from Enterprise and really only had one kinda bad experience.

  Absolutely excellent service, well above and beyond expected. The staff in the back at the car stand were especially helpful.

  I rented a Chevy Suburban for 2 weeks from this particular Enterprise. A couple of days into the rental I was stopped by a trooper to tell me that the plate on the rental were expired. I should have done a thorough check prior to my departure but the trooper let me off with a warning. I called this Enterprise and informed them of the situation. They then told me to return the vehicle so that it would get replaced. I asked them if they could come to me because I was on a work trip and they informed me that it was not possible. I tried the Enterprise in Tooele but they did not have a vehicle with the size I needed. I had no choice but to ride the reminder of the trip with expired tags. I understand that it was a busy season but I didn't have great customer service from these people. Rather use Hertz next time.
