  I used the standard tier 2 station in an emergency yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that the rate was only $.03/minute. The charger worked and I was fully charged in about 2 hours. I received a push notification that charging had stopped and I was not billed further. Excellent pricing model and working plug.
