    DON'T COME HERE. I reserved a rental and it was not what I was promised. I asked for a smaller vehicle and they gave me a minivan which is obviously not what I needed. Then I had to wait over an hour. Even though they were staffed they were unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful towards my time.

    What I liked about my experience. The people. How friendly they were to me. Specifically, please recognize Lucas, the young Muslim lady (I only know that by the hajib) and the lady who checked me in. Not sure of her name but she had a bar piercing in her ear. They are the BEST and represent Enterprise extremely well. People never remember what you say but will always remember the way you made them feel.     I travel a lot for work and do rental vehicles on average once a week. This location overbooked their vehicles and when trying to pickup they told me they had no more vehicles left so I had to uber to 4 separate meetings in Provo from salt lake because of this. I won’t be renting from enterprise outside of the airport after this.

    Called ahead of time to let them know I was coming and make sure the car was ready to go. They assured me it was. Arrived and car wasn’t there. Waited over an hour while they figured it out. Team had no answers, not even an apology. Area manager never called back as promised. Top to bottom Enterprise has gone downhill.

    Wasted an hour of our time to end up leaving with no car. Booked a standard crossover on the website, but when we show up ahead of our road trip they don't have any. They also have no full size SUVs as replacement. They are unable to source one from other local branches. When suggesting they deal with the airport branch which had a crossover, they cannot be bothered calling their colleagues as it is "a different system" and told us to do it directly. All they offered was a much smaller car for basically the same price as the crossover we had booked. Size wasn't big enough for us unfortunately. Absolutely appalling service. No effort to sort out the situation / speak to their airport colleagues. We left with no car, and had to cancel our trip as it got too late.
