This enterprise was amazing! I lost my car and had a discount through my insurance. When I got there they were professional. It was fast getting my car. The car was worth it. Luke was awesome and the customer service was on point when I had to call and extend it! Thank you all so much. Definitely worth leaving a review. If needed I will be back.

I never leave reviews but my experience with enterprise in downtown Salt Lake City was deplorable. I made a reservation weeks in advance for a 4 wheel drive truck as we were headed to the mountains on a ski trip over the new year. Our flight was delayed and we got in about 15 minutes after I was scheduled to arrive to pick up vehicle. I immediately called upon landing and explained that I would be a few minutes late to pick up vehicle. To my Astonishment they informed me they already rented the truck because I didn’t show up on time. To top it off they had nothing safe available to head into the mountains or able to fit our ski gear. I had to scramble and rent another safe vehicle at the airport which wound up costing me hundreds of dollars more as a result of last minute rental. I’ll never use that enterprise again or any enterprise as the experience has left me utterly disgusted. I travel often and it was eye opening how a company can treat their customers with such dirty service.

They seem nice but pricing policies are ruthless. Would charge me $23 per hour late fee for car return. Also charge double rate $148 to keep the car an extra day. Always rented from Enterprise but have now seen another side of them.

Wrong vehicle class, unsafe car, misleading agent, and an extremely rude manager — one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
I am an Enterprise Platinum member and chose Enterprise because of its reputation for reliability. We arrived about two hours later than our reservation time due to a flight delay. We were not informed that our reserved vehicle would be released, and upon arrival we were told that our reserved AWD crossover had been given to other customers.
We were instead provided a minivan. Before accepting it, I explicitly asked whether the vehicle was suitable and legal for mountain driving and snowboarding conditions, and the agent assured us that it was and that we could switch vehicles in 2 days.
That guidance turned out to be incorrect. Due to traction law restrictions, the minivan was not permitted to drive to the ski resort. This forced us to rely on shuttles and completely disrupted our planned schedule, defeating the purpose of renting a car. In addition, the vehicle had tire issues, which raised further safety concerns given the winter and mountain conditions.
When we returned to the store to request the promised vehicle switch, the branch manager, Tyler Olsen, was rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice, focusing only on the fact that we arrived late while denying responsibility for the incorrect vehicle, incorrect guidance, or lack of notification.
When I explained that the vehicle was causing ongoing inconvenience and could not legally serve its intended purpose, the manager took the car keys without my consent and closed the contract, leaving us without any vehicle.
As a result, we were left walking outside in 32°F weather while trying to arrange alternative transportation and another rental. At no point did the manager offer an apology or acknowledge the inconvenience and disruption caused by these actions.
This was the first time in my life I have been treated in such an intimidating and dismissive manner by a customer service representative. I left the store feeling shaken and deeply disappointed.
This experience demonstrated poor communication, incorrect guidance, safety concerns, and extremely unprofessional handling by management. I would strongly caution others against renting from this location, especially if your travel involves flights or winter mountain driving.

What I expected was a good experience turned into a terrible one. I rented a car and was given a Mazda CX-30 which had damage present prior to my pick up. I went over it with the worker there who documented it and explicitly told me that they would try to find when it was last driven and charge that customer. I literally drove the car around town and returned the car less than 12 hours and was told that the car looked great at drop off and there was absolutely no problems. Guess what, surprise, Enterprise sends an email a week later they want to charge me for the damage. Absolutely absurd handling of this.
