    The team at this location at the airport is phenomenal. I had a rental set up with another company that ended up falling through. From the time I walked up to the counter to ask if they could help and the time I was in a car and driving away was no longer than 10 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for being so friendly and helpful.

    Staff was friendly. Process was easy to navigate in the airport lot. Very little wait time. This would have been a 5 star review except for two hiccups during the rental. 1) The vehicle we reserved was not available when we arrived. 2) I was charged for fuel despite returning it with a full tank. The tank was almost full when we took it and full when we dropped it off. Overall good experience. Nice, clean vehicle.

    Enterprise has never let me down. They have great vehicles at reasonable prices, but it’s the customer service that really stands out. They know how to keep a reservation and they are honest and transparent. Their employees are courteous and friendly and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. My last rental was just a few days ago at the Salt Lake City airport. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, yet they still had my reservation. I highly recommend Enterprise when renting a vehicle.

    I made the reservation for an XL SUV. When I went to pick up the vehicle they wanted to put me in a regular SUV that would not fit all my passengers and equipment. I have to fight to get the right vehicle. One of my passengers left their cell phone in the vehicle when we dropped it off at the airport. Enterprise has not been able to return the phone even though the pinged location is still showing in the vehicle forcing us to submit a claim vs. just returning the phone.

    The facility was super easy to find and attached to the terminal so no shuttles necessary. Staff were friendly and helpful at the car. I forgot to ask if the car I was getting was compliant with tread requirements during chain up notifications driving through snow and ice. In Colorado they have notices hanging in the vehicles advising you if the vehicle complies with traction requirements for driving during snowstorms. No such thing in Utah, and it took a lot of extra effort to determine if the AWD vehicle I rented was compliant with chain up signs were lit going over passes.
