  rental process was fine, car was not maintained. Change oil light went off within 30 minutes, ok. Car steering pulled to the right. Next morning saw tire pressures 27, 29, 30, 31 when should be 35. Had to pump tires, rode better still pulling right. Right rear tire was cupping, I'm sure from alignment of air pressure. Agent didn't seem to care when returning car.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is simply the best, from reservations, to pickup, to returning the vehicle, everything flows like you expect it to. Nate greeted me at the check-in counter and after a long flight, had me on my way in no time. Matt, in the pickup area, greeted me and had my vehicle ready to go. He was very patient with me as I asked questions about the options on this upgraded vehicle, because I had never driven this brand before. And lastly, as I returned the vehicle, it was completely seamless. This is why I always rent from Enterprise.

  Enterprise is our go-to for car rentals. We've never had any weird fees at time of pickup, we're charged exactly what we expect, and the employees always go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Recently my partner got a flat driving home on her trip and they were able to swap her to a new car after she drove in on the spare. We will absolutely continue to use Enterprise whenever we need to rent a car!

  Used Enterprise in SLC Utah. What an easy streamlined experience. Arranged everything online 2 weeks before travel. On the day of travel confirmed arrival time and checked in. Upon arrival I didnt have to talk to anyone. We went straight to the garage, showed my Id and the tech said pick any car and go. On my way out of airport stopped at checkout and they scanned my stuff and I drove off. 3 minutes start to finish including driving off

  This Enterprise location employs THEIVES. An employee took AirPods left in a rental car, took them home, and later resold them. I accidentally left my AirPods in the rental car, realized it as I was driving away, and immediately called to report them missing. I filed a lost-and-found report, but later received a call saying nothing had been found in the car. About a week later, the AirPods’ location showed they had been taken from the Enterprise to a home in West Valley. Since AirPods can be marked as missing and display a message when someone tries to connect, there’s no question that whoever has them knows they’re lost property. The tracking then showed the AirPods later ended up in Florida and have been moving around Miami since. This suggests that an employee has their own side business taking and reselling lost items. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with their belongings when renting from this branch. I urge Enterprise to investigate the situation and take appropriate action to whomever gets their paycheck at 5694 W Cape Vista Way, West Valley City
