- WJWayne W JAug 3, 20211.0Is there a way to give negative start? This place is the worst for car rental. After online booking, I could not get a live person for customer service with several calls. The night before my rental day, I got a call back saying there's not car available for me until 11 AM next day. I went to the location next morning at 7 AM but the gate is locked although the sign said opens at 7 AM. I waited until 7:50 AM and the gate is still closed. I had to go to Avis for another rental. Although they are the same company, Avis had much better customer service! I wonder how this place was run and doing business even survived to bear the company's name. I hope the parent company would investigate their business. If you plan to rent a car from this location, please read all the low ratings. They are real!!!

There was an issue of miscommunication with my reservation and when I showed up to the SLC location, after being told my reservation was at different locations (that claimed to know nothing) she was able to provide me a car and was happy to help. I am so thankful she was there and was able resolve the issue, and get me on my way in a great car! Thank you Heather and I will definitely rent from you again!
