  After a frustrating rental experience at the Budget Rental at Salt Lake Airport, I stopped into this downtown location. I was greeted by Michelle and I explained my issue with my current rental. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my rental for my family vacation to Yellowstone. She exchanged my vehicle and provided one that literally changed our trip. My family couldn’t have been more satisfied with the exchange. Considering I travel to Salt Lake frequently, I’m planning to Uber to this location from the airport for my future car rentals.

  I would leave ZERO stars if I could. This place is a joke. They say you can just call in to extend a rental but do not tell you that the price will TRIPLE. They were packed and had one worker who takes no time to go over important details of the rental agreement. I would rather take greyhound than go here again....enough said!

  First, I freaked out when I found that the place had negative feedback, because I had booked my car already. Well, I want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this rental location. My car was ready at the time I arrived and I was able to pick it up 15 minutes before my pickup time. Drop off also went really smoothly. The personnel were really nice and helpful.
