The exact car I had reserved was sitting up front and was ready to go. I did call the budget service line the night before to confirm that I would be picking up the car the following day. Pick up and drop off where both quick, 10-15 min at most both times. The car was brand new with only 130 miles on it. Only things I can maybe criticize was the exterior of the car was a bit dirty and the employees don't seem to wear any type of budget uniform so it's hard to identify who works there but those are minor issues at best. My overall experience was very good.
