  The girl we dealt with had an attitude she shouldn't work here if she hate her job so bad and has to treat customers with disrespect this was at the Kearns store

  Sam Johnson is the representative who helped me. I bought a battery for a friend of mine and the friend did not come with me. Since I purchased the battery on my debit card. The representative told me a lot of fraud of return batteries are happening. Once he asked me if I was the person on the profile, I said no. Johnson did not want to do the return on the battery. I am not sure what kind of procedure Auto Zone has but coming up with BS stories of fraud before hearing my reason of returning the battery. Simple I bought the battery and want to return it. The profile was made on my friends name for warranty purposes as the first representative explained to me when I first bought the battery. I just want to return the battery that simple. Auto Zone what kind of people you have working at your stores. Assuming or saying BS about fraud first that’s not what I want to hear if I have proof of purchase and I have my debit I used on the sale. The representative Jhonson did not even look at the facts from the beginning.

  Borrowed a car to go get a part for my car, they we're not open, it says they open at 7:30 am might as well wait till 8 I thought maybe just give em a second. Nope no service no part not open at 730 ugh 😩 guess u loose another customer. I'd be mad if it was my store loosing money due to being not open on time.

  Bad customer service. I don’t know about car parts, so I went in expecting help. The girls had no idea what I was asking for and laughed at me because I didn’t know either. I went in just to buy simple headlight bulbs, and they couldn’t tell me which ones I needed. I asked if someone else could help me, and they said, “Come back tomorrow morning, maybe someone can help you.” Of course, I won’t be returning to this location
