During my most recent visit earlier this morning, I was assisted by Jamie, whose attentive and patient approach truly stood out. Despite juggling multiple customers at once, Jamie managed to answer every question I had without missing a beat. His calm, helpful attitude and willingness to assist—while ensuring everyone received the attention they needed—demonstrated genuine dedication and respect for customers’ time. It’s refreshing to see this kind of consistency and courtesy in customer service. Experiences like this are the reason I’ll continue returning to this location. Excellent work from the staff all around.

When I purchased all of it they asked me for my phone number where all of my transactions are so I wasn't too worried about hanging onto the receipt. I came to return it at the kearns location where I bought it and was treated like shit. Jose Z who's the manager told me he can't look up my purchases and therefore can't return it with out my receipt. What the point of having an account under my phone number and name it it's doesn't save all of my purchases? I looked it up and it clearly states that my name and number tracks all of my purchases and the employees can look them up with my number. I showed it to him and he tells me he don't know how to do it! I spent allot of money that day and if I want to return two items I do t need that's my business! I will not be treated as if I'm some criminal and demand to be treated like the paying customer I am! It's bad enough that the manager can barely speak English but he has the nerve to discriminate against me? I've never in my life had anyone treat with so much disrespect and humiliate me In my life! This must be who there are only Hispanics at this location. I'm calling cooperate first thing!
