The store itself has always been amazing. I’ve never had any issues in the years of me coming here with my husband. I walked in today with my husband to buy a few items. Walked in, a man at the counter greeted us, I greeted back, he then proceeded to approach and ask if my purse was a “bag or purse” , told him it’s a purse, he then felt the need to ask if my purse is carrying cash. That isn’t hisbusiness. I’ve never been hassled about my purse coming into this store, and I’ve never seen anyone else either. Even if my purse wasn’t containing the cash purchasing the items or didn’t have my wallet but had my other personal items, I’m able to carry my purse with me unless it’s stated on store. My husband pays, not me. And I won’t leave my personal valuable items in car because if someone breaks in cause they see the bag, the store won’t be responsible. So my bag will be coming with me into stores regardless if I’m carrying the cash to purchase . Like I said store is great otherwise this issue with this man named Andy. When checking out he said “it’s just the area we are in so I have to ask” yet I’ve never been asked before or bothered about my purses. And that’s a little ignorant to say about the area considering people steal in the nice areas/neighborhoods too. And he is saying this to members of community.
The team here at AutoZone has always been fantastic, but there’s an older man named Sam who treats his customers and his Horrible!!
He spoke to me in a way where my attitude went from happy to enraged.
She was stuck on the computer chitchatting. There was a customer in line waiting, and the customer asked if she could be helped, and he side almost like if she bothered him when the old man needs to do his job he then proceeded to move me out the way and use the computer and when the young lady was ready to charge me, I was looking for the item that I had set on the counter and he pretty much yelled saying.” What item are you looking for!! I might have charged them!!” The staff apologized to me after seeing how I reacted.
On top of that, his management style is horrible! A manager should never say “ Whoever gets this order taken care of can go home” Everyone is scheduled at their time to go in and to go out.
I’ve been in leadership for almost 15 years and I have never in my life spoken to a customer like that let alone my team. This man is lucky that he has a good crew because if he was my manager, I would have already quit reported him to HR and probably done really bad things. I will never come to this AutoZone again and I will make sure that I Report this type of behavior to HR since the employees are too scared to I’m assuming because of retaliation

I recently had my car battery installed at AutoZone, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. A special shoutout to Alan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His expertise and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this AutoZone for their excellent service and especially commend Alan for his outstanding support! And friendly attitude and top-notch service really stood out. If you need help with your car, definitely visit this AutoZone and ask for Alan you won't be disappointed!

I went in with a dead battery and Candice was so helpful and kind even though the store was busy. She went over and beyond helping me. Amazing service and extremely nice and knowledgeable employees. A great experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

When I cannot get the parts anywhere else, AutoZone always comes through. Short on cash, every time I've asked, they discount my sale. Great place for repair/service people.
