Not only did he help me find the exact parts I needed, he personally installed the wipers for me in the pouring rain, without a jacket, and without a single complaint. This was really disrespectful I don't care about the return items I care about being laughed at and then having some terrible manager becoming aggressive. I am requesting a formal apology from both of them . I called regional manager today and requesting this if you care about your customers experience then this is part of the process .thank you

I will never buy anything from AutoZone again. I hope you lose a lot of customers because of your battery scam alone
