Michael saved our night!! We came back from a road trip with a piece of metal in our tire and he helped get exactly the right tools and supplies for us to quickly change and patch it. Very friendly, informative, and willing to help!

I showed up at 9:30 am November 11 2025. One lady that works there is super rude. I asked to return my tools for a refund and I provide an email tied to my account. She was being really passive aggressive telling me that I should have my own tools and to stop borrowing my friends tools. She suggested that I man up and not have to return my tools. I walked in with confidence and a friendly smile when she had this urge to be rude. I believe it's because she gets so many people returning tools and she got fed up. I just wanted my refund not to be berated. I held my composure and decided to not get nasty because it's a waste of time when she's probably miserable in her life. She then sent someone else over that took care of me and he was really nice and made sure I was taken care of. I asked for additional items they had in store like an aux cord adapter and he didn't hesitate to walk me over to get the right item. Not giving up hope on this company but people like that person that I started with should be looking into for better training. We all are honest workers in life trying to make a honest living and being kind should be the basic of interactions. Thank you!

This is 5-Stars for Barbara. I woke up this morning with a dead battery. Went to the AutoZone on N. Redwood Road and a new top-of-the-line battery for my truck. I went home and swapped out the battery and brought back the old one. Well, issuing me my exchange rebate for my old battery, Barbara unlike the gentleman who sold it to me, noticed that my original dead battery was still under warranty. She was able to get my entire purchase back for basically free. With that money, I decided to buy some air fresheners and some new windshield wipers. She made sure I chose the air fresheners, which were buy one get one off, she recommended the best wipers for me and then proceed to install them. Great customer service Barbara and thank you very much!

Please Don’t Go Here !!!!!! This place deserves 0 if there was an option This AutoZone location is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and I won’t be coming back. I spent around $80 on a tool, and when I returned just five minutes later to return it, I was met with complete disrespect. The women working there were rude and dismissive, clearly uninterested in helping or even listening. Instead of any kind of customer service, I got attitude and eye-rolls. The manager was the worst of all no professionalism, no respect, and no effort to help resolve the issue. Just pure attitude, like helping a paying customer was somehow a favor. To top it off, there was one long hair male employee who didn’t seem to have any clue what he was talking about. He had zero knowledge about the tools they sell and couldn’t answer even basic questions. It’s frustrating when someone working in an auto parts store doesn’t even understand the products on the shelves. This location seriously needs better management and proper training for its staff. The team here clearly doesn’t care about customers or even know how to do their jobs properly. If this is how AutoZone runs things, it’s no wonder people are choosing to go elsewhere. Absolutely disappointed.
