Barbara, Richard, and David were fantastic. So willing to help me get swap out my battery and helped answer questions I have had for years. Barbara, the store manager, was especially patient and truly showed her expertise. Thanks again.

I almost never review a place but I’ve never had an experience like this. I walked in to have my battery and starter tested. There was only one other customer in the store when I entered. When it was my turn I very politely told the lady working what I needed and she shook her head and rolled her eyes at me so hard I could only see the whites of her eyes. She then proceeded to complain about how her blood sugar was low and she couldn’t do anything to help me until it was back up and it was “so busy” she didn’t know when that would be. I had no issue waiting, especially if she was having medical issues. My issue lies with the multiple times she rolled her eyes at me while I kept a very polite demeanor and answered every rudely asked question kindly and to the best of my knowledge. After only 5ish minutes there she told me I should leave and go to another auto zone because they were so busy (at this point there were three customers inside including myself). I did leave but I went to O’Reilly two blocks away where I was greeted with a smile and willingness to help. The test took no longer than five minutes, making me feel that it had nothing to do with not enough time and everything to do with an unwillingness to help. If you are at this auto zone just drive the extra couple blacks north and go to O’Reilly. I have had another experience at this auto zone that was fine but I wouldn’t risk going there again out of a desire to never interact with that horribly rude woman again.

I hate to be this person, but the cashier I worked with today was very hard of hearing. I came in for oil and a filter, and It was impossible to complete my transaction in a satisfactory way. I ended up leaving with a filter that was more expensive than I wanted, and going down the street to Oreily’s for oil. Next time I’m just going to Walmart.

Who ever Norman is, he's the rudest person. He didn't care at all about what I was asking for, brushed me off so I ended up asking again with the exact part number I needed which I had to find myself. When Lexi (who was amazing helping everybody, being busy because Norman wasn't) she asked for help up front, Norman said "God Lexi, can't fing handle it". Very unprofessional only reason this isn't 1 star is because lexi was working hard and was still nice.
