  Maverik Convenience Store – A Welcome Oasis After the Long Haul After the long and empty stretch of US 50 between Grand Junction and the Utah line, the Maverik store was a much-needed stop. The store was spotless, the bathrooms were clean, and it had everything you’d hope for after miles of open road — snacks, cold drinks, and a chance to stretch your legs. Whether you're crossing the desert or making a Vanishing Point-style road trip, it's a great place to take a break and refuel — both the car and yourself.

  Beautiful, clean and well stocked location Bathrooms were clean and easy to find The fresh food actually looked fresh and we were able to find some decently healthy options for dinner- which is saying something! The salad was fresh and the parfaits were quite tasty!

  Not really truck parking. But we do it anyway. A lot of food. And Denny's across the street. Desiel truck pumps and RV dump and gasoline ⛽️
