  I usually have such good experiences with Enterprise but this one was exhausting. I used 6k points on a reservation and received a car on empty and with a hole in the tire. I had to buy an air pump just to inflate the tire enough to drive it back to return it. The manager was so apologetic and said they would absolutely refund all of the points. 6 months later and multiple phone calls and I’m never getting those points back. Nice to your face but faulty vehicles with zero customer service follow-up. I’ll never go to this location again.

  I needed a rental while my personal vehicle was being repaired, so an open ended return. Enterprise was great in accommodating this. They picked me up at the shop and when my car was finished, they retrieved my rental at the body shop. Very helpful & convenient at a somewhat stressful time. The rental vehicle was clean and well equipped. 👌

  I had a pleasant experience renting from Enterprise. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental vehicle. Their location was very convenient and both the pickup and the return were uncomplicated.
