Trying to tell me that my monthly subscription is $27.99 when it’s $35.99. He also informed me that “it’s not his problem I don’t pay my bills”. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an employee to a loyal customer. Then he tried to drag my minor child into it. Absolutely disgusting and I will be taking my business elsewhere after today.

It was fine when I first got the membership but I’m not sure if they sped up the tracks or what. It doesn’t even dry it a little bit. My entire car is covered in water. Plus having to manually wipe of the rainbow colored cleaner doesn’t make me happy. I’ve had it happen multiple times, with both my suv and sedan. It’s not worth the time I waste here

Most surfaces still dirty, and we paid for a higher quality package that included wheel wash and shine, but my truck tires came out dirtier than going in, covered in sand and dirt. If you sign up for a monthly membership, and are not satisfied after 1 wash, you will not get a refund. The cheap wash anywhere else is better than a premium service here. Also! Beware of all the glowing and flattering 5 star reviews that name drops an employee each time! So many of these 5 star reviews here have the same language, naming employees, but dont have another single review in their profile. Sure looks like fake reviews, over inflating their real score. If Google maps removed these fake reviews, their real scores would expose something closer to 3 stars at best, possibly worse.
