If this is true I should have been told this at the time of rental since you knew when I was renting and returning the car and that I was a pickup/drop-off customer for many years with Enterprise. Not professional at all. Very disappointed.

They called me the day before I was due to pick the car up and told me they couldn’t hold the reservation. I had made the reservation several months in advance as it was near Thanksgiving weekend, and I knew that if I waited I may not get a car. I suspect they gave away the car I had reserved once the holiday approached and rental prices spiked. My experience with them was very negative. My impression is that they were very unprofessional people. I would not use them again and would not recommend you use them unless as a last resort.
