We made it to St. George Enterprise Rental car on a prayer . We were met by the manager Alex . He ATTEMPTED to put us in another identical vehicle that we just dropped off . The problem was the SUV was NEVER cleaned . It looked like a garbage dump . Upon asking Alex to come out and look at the vehicle , we were met with an unprofessional remark of NO. Feel free to ask his 4 young employees standing around him. We demanded that he look at the vehicle he wanted to put our family in . When he looked inside the vehicle , after he relentlessly came outside , his answer was a firm NO. Third vehicle brought up was fine . We spent almost 5 hours of our vacation chasing vehicles with Enterprise. We were told we would be compensated for the disaster and as of today they have no record of our complaint. I offered all the video and pictures but no one was interested . Would love to upload their service of vehicle to their customers .
