  Very bad customer service. Make sure you don't fall behind one day late even if you have over $200 in deposit. They act like they are the government coming for you. Lol

  Scammers. Rented a standard size vehicle was supposed to be $262 total for the week plus 1 day @ $23 for added ins coverage. Some how it came to $350 and I brought the car back 2 days early. Either highly incompetent or scammers. Either way, be careful renting from here you may end up paying more than expected.

  This is one The best rent a car places ever, whether it's a vacation or insurance help. Never been a problem ever! Always looking out for you as the renter.

  I am not impressed with their call center that answers the phone. To sit around a repair shop for 2 hours to wait for a ride coming from around the corner was ridiculous. But I had them transfer me directly to the local store, where Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She quoted me $45 for the car and said she would have someone there within 10 minutes. They actually arrived in five. I'm not a big fan of minivans, but that was all they had and we really didn't care that much. We just needed a way to get around town while our vehicle was repaired. Everything worked out beautifully, they even graciously extended our time while the mechanic finished up on our vehicle. I have used Enterprise many times before and never had a bad word to say about any of their branches. My #1 go to when I need a rental car.
