- DEDamon EnglishApr 17, 20261.0Employee damaged my rear driver side tire. Admitted to damaging the core in the valve stem. Replaced the core. I went directly home after I left, the car sat in the driveway for the rest of the day. I woke up the next morning to a flat tire. I called and they admitted fault and told me to take my tire to a shop to determine the fix and they will cover the cost. The tire shop informed me the only fix was to replace the tire. They had a $100 used tire that would work. When I called Valvoline back to inform them they refused to take accountability and offered to pay to relace the valve stem knowing that wouldn't fix the issue. It's unfortunate since this location is where I have exclusively got my oil changed on all my vehicles for the last several years.
- MMMikeyApr 4, 20261.0Whenever you call and try to speak to someone, the system says itll transfer you but then proceeds to just hang up.. it does this EVERY-TIME… If you don’t want us to speak to someone, then simply don’t offer it as an option?? So dumb and frustrating. This review is specifically based on Valvoline’s phone/contacting system and not for the individual location. UNLESS this system is configured just for this location, then it is most definitely for them too.
