I went here on Friday the 27th for my same oil change and at checkout when I pulled up my coupon for full synthetic oil change they said it wasn’t full synthetic oil that they put in even though it said it was on the receipt. I have always bought coupons to here and they have always accepted it at the full amount it gives. I bought the 80$ one and they said it only covered 20$ and wouldn’t scan it again or find out why that was happening. This was a very poor experience and I am very dissatisfied.
