- KBKim BarnettFeb 10, 20261.0Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience. My daughter took her car in to have the wheel bearings checked because that’s What she thought was the problem. They told her that was not the problem and that it was all these other things that was $700. She left with her car still having the same horrible noise, and now a new noise. We took it to another mechanic who indeed said yes, it was the wheel bearings fixed them and The original problem we took it into Jiffy Lube before was now fixed however, having Jiffy Lube changed a couple of rods the car is making a new horrible sound. Had a mechanic check it, and they believe that the rod was installed wrong and The transmission. This was a horrible situation. They did not even test drive after doing $700 of work that they said would fix the problem. Honestly, our bad because I believe that they are only good for oil changes, but my daughter was trying to be proactive and figure out what was wrong with her car. Unfortunately, we did get the wheel bearings fixed somewhere else but the damage now from the work that was done at Jiffy Lube has made it so her car just really is not worth putting any more money into.

They were supper busy and yet still had the time to chat and get everything done efficiently and in a timely manner. I loved the positive energy all the employees had, talking, laughing, socializing, singing to music, and overall not only them having a great time, but making sure their customers were comfortable, heard, and helped. 10/10 recommended this location!!
