  Michael was of no use and extremely rude. I ordered a part the night before and was told it'd be there the next day. I got there the next day in the evening and they said it probably wouldn't be there until the following week. I then decided to cancel and wanted part of the cash back on my $100+ order, i used a gift card and so they made part of my refund on a gift card and then some in cash and wouldn't offer the whole amount in cash after telling me they couldn't get the part until next week which was not what they told me the day before. I understand there are delays but when I want my full refund I should be able to receive my cash that I paid, instead of them deciding the item I wanted to return was the item the gift card applied to.
