  This place is a scam. We had a membership to this location before moving to a new city and not needing it anymore. We called to cancel, they dont answer and you cant leave a message. We went in a spoke to someone, they told us they canceled it, we keep getting charged. We call to complain about continuing to be charged and nothing. We go in again and they tell us they will cancel again. Nothing. Months go by and they continue to charge us. We dont even love there. Finally we get ahold of someone and they tell us they will cancel it but they cant refund us for the months and months of billing even though they lied to us. Even now, they continue to charge us. Its impossible to cancel. And its impossible to reach them.

  Loved the car wash and the hand wiping at the end gave it a more personal touch. Then detailing it at one of their bays, gave it the cherry on top!

  OK. I have been a customer here since they opened. I have been very disappointed by the car wash bay person who never seems to be too concerned when you have just traveled 300 miles and you car is coated in bugs. Instead they walk around your car with the sprayer and immediately return to their cell phone. (4/15/2017 around 3:30 pm). Next the crew drying the car didn't seem interested in drying my car. 2 guys went to work while the 2 girls sat there laughing and the one was just on her cell phone.... Third, the vacuums seem to rarely work and I find myself driving around trying find one that does work!
