- AYAna YoungFeb 27, 20262.0This gas station constantly requires customers to go inside to get a receipt from the clerk because the kiosks conveniently “aren’t available.” As a parent, this is extremely frustrating. It forces me to turn off the car, unbuckle my kids, and take them all inside just to get a simple receipt that should print at the pump. It may seem like a small inconvenience to some, but for families with young children, this creates unnecessary stress and safety concerns. Receipts should be available at the pump consistently — that’s the standard at most stations. I hope management addresses this issue and fixes the kiosks so customers, especially parents, aren’t repeatedly put in this position.
