The wash didn’t even clean water spots from rain off my windshield, the vacuum where I parked wasn’t working, and no public bathrooms I couldnt focus on vacuuming my car out because I had to go… the staff advised me to walk down the street to a gas station. Mister car wash has public bathrooms and does a better wash I think I’ll keep going there
- SCSteve Courtney CohenNov 10, 20252.0Seems like an okay option, but to only offer under carriage on the most expensive package is kinda shady since that is one of the most needed here in Utah, it doesn't get all areas of your vehicle, depending on the curves and lines on your car, the under carriage or wheel/tire package doesn't spray the wheel wells, so this doesn't prevent the rust that we see here on vehicles in Utah. Even the muddy duck doesn't get mud/salt out from the wheel wells and I had to go through twice and then proceed to the manual carwash. We pay a little over $60 for two vehicles and after today I am really wondering if it is worth it.

The whole process is super quick, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my car came out shining like new. Everything is clean, well-organized, and works perfectly. Every car wash should follow their example — amazing service and great results every single time!
