Charged $99 for rock chip, waited well over an hour to find the one looks absolutely horrible and worst repair I have ever seen done, and other they completely missed doing so I had to wait another twenty minutes. Tech blamed it on Ford glass being green tint but it clearly looks like they put very little resin in and just sealed the top and cured it so resin never got into the crack. I have two windshields I currently need replaced on other vehicles and I would never take my company or personal vehicles to Safelite first due to the quality, and also the time spent, and higer cost if this is the Safelite corporate experience.

I hadn't scheduled for the appointment to take that long into my day. The actual replacement on my vehicle is a 2 hr job. So my entire morning and afternoon would be gone for this. I've used safelite before and it went decently. I just would not not recommend doing mobile service.

The remote service is good as well. Recently, I had a rock chip repair done. I showed up about 30 minutes early for the appointment. I was surprised that they were able to get me right in. I was out by the time that my original appointment was. Great place and always great to work with!
