I was using the self check out the lady came over I can’t tell if she is a man or lady, anyway she couldn’t talk I guess she lost her voice. She was trying to talk to me I couldn’t understand what she was saying she was waving her hands. Then another lady came over and placed a sign in front of me it saying she can’t talk. She was so rude and ignorant. Why can’t they have someone that can talk working. So I just left left my stuff there they can have it. I’m never going back after being treated like that. Just a bunch of bull crap!!!!

When he realized it and pointed it out, after being charged $70 for what should have been $35, the workers told him they could not refund the difference or give cash. They said they could only give a gift card. If your workers are so inept that they cannot do a simple refund on their mistake, they should not be working there. There was no manager to help and my husband ended up having to leave with the gift card because there was no other option. This is completely unacceptable. The fact that the workers could not refund the entire order and recharge for one pack is embarrassing. They just kept saying there’s nothing we can do. What??? The company basically stole money from us and then told us to deal with it. Get better staff, do better training, and make sure this doesn’t happen again. This is beyond embarrassing.
