First thing Monday morning I received a call letting me know that they had found it and that I could come and pick it up anytime. Always have a good experience with Enterprise!

The only 1st world issue I had was the NEW van I rented did not have USB connections and was not Bluetooth capable. Other than that I would totally rent from Enterprise Truck Rentals again.

He called ahead letting us know there was an issue with the truck we reserved and helped work out a different solution that really came through for us. Additionally, the Ford Transit 250 vans we ended up with are definitely top of the line equipment and I loved the power of the engine, bluetooth stereo, and driveability including lane departure warnings. So impressed!

Something at work came up I was going to be unable to pick the truck up instead the delivered it to my work just so I could still receive it. Hands down best and only place to go for any large truck needs. Brett went well above the need to find a truck that was specific to what I wanted. Calling to make sure the vehicle worked well and checking if they could do anything else to make it even better.
