  Gavin was so helpful! I was super embarrassed because I couldn't figure out how to get my windshield wipers on. He was so kind and professional and showed me how to do it. Thanks Gavin!

  The panel on the inside of my driver door fell off due to broken clips, and an employee took time to help find new clips that would fit and installed them and reattached the panel for me. I think his name was Santiago. I really appreciate the help. Thank you!

  Thank you for helping me with a potentially serious problem with my vehicle! I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was working on Friday, January 16, 2026. I was there at about 3:30-4:00 pm. He was extremely helpful and I arrived home in Idaho Falls safely with no further issues with my vehicle. Just needed oil and he advised me to get things checked out asap. He gave great advice and relieved my fears. Thank you so much!!

  I try to go to this store regularly, but unfortunately, an incident with one of the employees upset me a lot today. When I gave him the information in English, there was no problem, but I know he speaks Spanish, so I continued in Spanish. His response was that he doesn't get paid to speak Spanish. I was upset and moved to another checkout line where another person assisted me excellently. That's not the way to treat a customer, telling them you don't get paid to speak another language.
