  The people who working in Provo GMC are super professional and super friendly, patient, helpful! I was super late arriving to the dealer right before they are closed, but these guys are super patient, and professionally to help me the whole processing to make it easy and quick to get my dream truck. Super recommended! Thank you guys!

  I had a specific vehicle interest and was very pleased to find that Provo GMC had one with all the features I was looking for at a better price than what I could find across the region. I appreciate the small dealership experience - from Joe the GM to John who spent far too long helping me get the truck charged. Although from Provo, I now live in Idaho and I wanted to work out most of the details before driving down. We worked by email and phone to get everything in place and it went smoothly when I drove down. They made the process easy and on the day I came down to pick it up. Prior to buying this truck, I’d worked with a couple of area dealerships and experienced all the worst aspects of car buying. I admit, I was wary if I’d experience the same with ProvoGMC. That wasn’t the case. No high pressure, no bad salesmen tactics, none of the stuff that gives car buying a bad experience. I was hopeful as my Dad and even Grandparents had positive relationships with this dealership for decades. I was pleased to find out that the new ownership is also a family/small dealership group and that the original owners still have an association. Thanks Joe and John - I look forward to future discussions and business opportunities.

  I had an exceptionally positive experience at Provo GMC. We drove down from Idaho and didn’t really have this dealership on the list but ended up here by chance. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was amazing. We worked with Nick and I was blown away at how personal, kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I absolutely despise buying vehicles but they made everything feel easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured at any point, there was none of the traditional car salesman games, and none of the crap you experience with at dealerships. I truly appreciated how respectful and straightforward everyone was. It was clear the whole team cared about giving us a great experience, and that was not only about making a sale. We have already have and will continue to recommend Provo GMC and would gladly work with them again in the future. I would make the drive over and over again for this buying experience we had with them! May I also add we were able to be in and out of the dealership from the time we started the test drive to out the door with keys in 2.5 hours! If you are considering this dealership and reading this review you are making a great decision!
