- AWAmanda WhiteMar 25, 20263.0I've taken two cars here for an oil change. They had pretty fast service and they gave me a coupon book that I could use, which was nice. The only bad thing is that they'll totally try to upsell you. They told me my break pads should be replaced and showed me the plastic model to show me how thin they supposedly were. Except I had just gotten new break pads three months earlier and it's the sensor that's broken, so the problem isn't with the break pads. They just looked at the warnings on the dash, they didn't actually look at the break pads or try to accurately diagnose the problem. For my other car, they recommended replacing the air filter and showed me a disgusting-looking air filter and said that was the air I was breathing. But for that car, you have to get behind the glove box to reach the cabin air filter and everything in my glove box looked undisturbed, so I kinda doubt they actually checked the air filter. Besides that, they gave me a long list of recommended services that seemed like quick and easy services for them to do but weren't necessary. They recommended mostly the same things for the two different cars I brought in, such as saying I need new license plate lights. It's a job that takes like 5 minutes, and the license plate lights were working on both cars. I was by myself as a woman, so that might have made a difference. As long as you get what you came in for and reject all the stuff they recommend, you get good service.
