  Avoid if you absolutely need a larger sized car as you might not get it. They didnt have mine. We rented well in advance and they called me a couple days before and we confirmed we were coming. When we arrived, they told us that they only hold cars for an hour. I pointed out that it was only 45 minutes from our rental time and we'd been in the lobby waiting for them for 10 minutes of that. They sort of shrugged and offered me a smaller sedan and aked if it was okay. I confirmed getting the larger size wasn't an option and accepted the smaller car with a slightly smaller rate.

  Very service oriented. Good selection of vehicles. Got in and out quickly with my rental car. Car was clean and well maintained. I will be in Provo again April 1 - 6. My first stop will be Enterprise to get my rental car.
