They have everything you could ask for. Candy, snacks, fresh food, you name it. They even have a milkshake machine! How often do you see that in a gas station? And to top it all off, the service here is amazing! I wish I could give 6 stars, this place was awesome!

All of them decline my card or say "See cashier". It's not a bank issue, my card works fine literally everywhere else. None of the pumps here work. If they would get the card readers fixed this would be a great location because it's right off the freeway. But right now you might as well go to the Chevron across the street, at least their pumps work.

A customer requested a specific volume of fuel (14 gallons), and the employee responded with unprofessional behavior, specifically laughing at the customer and stating, 'We don't do that; we add how much of money you want.' The employee then refused to assist or guide the customer further." Impact and Required Change: "This behavior violates your company's standards for professionalism. It created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere and did not resolve the customer's need. All staff must be trained to handle customer requests politely, even when they relate to an unfamiliar procedure (such as requesting a volume amount instead of a dollar amount)." A different employee help me. demonstrated excellent customer service skills and professionalism. When a customer was unsure how to request a specific fuel amount, he didn't dismiss the request. Instead, he proactively offered the 'Fill Up'
