All of them decline my card or say "See cashier". It's not a bank issue, my card works fine literally everywhere else. None of the pumps here work. But right now you might as well go to the Chevron across the street, at least their pumps work.

It created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere and did not resolve the customer's need. All staff must be trained to handle customer requests politely, even when they relate to an unfamiliar procedure (such as requesting a volume amount instead of a dollar amount)." A different employee help me. demonstrated excellent customer service skills and professionalism. When a customer was unsure how to request a specific fuel amount, he didn't dismiss the request. Instead, he proactively offered the 'Fill Up'
