I called a head to make sure that this location did wheel alignments, but when I arrived they said that they actually didn't do them. Bummer, but I driven all the way there so I decided just to get everything done anyways. After waiting an hour to review the inspection and discuss oil options, they offered synthetic oil. I stated that I wanted the cheapest option, and that conventional oil was fine. The employee then explained that my car did not take conventional oil and that it would only take synthetic. I thought it was wrong but he was really sure that convention oil would not work for my car. Since I had already waited an hour. I just went for it before doing their own research back at home. It turns out it does take conventional oil and I paid an additional $30 that I didn't have to.
