    Ron, and the other two guys I spoke to were extremely helpful. I asked to have two things done, and they checked and let me know that they actually didnt need to be done! They said they were all about me not spending money on things I didn't need. 100% Appreciate the candor, and service. Will visit in the future.

    Anytime I come to this jiffy, lube, whether it's for something major or something tiny, like just getting my registration done, they take forever and I end up leaving because they waste all of my time, they do not care about anybody, they only care about making it through the day they do not care about the smallest things or the customers.I will not be coming back to this jiffy. Lube, even if it's the only option, I'd rather wait and be expired and get pulled over

    Went in on Saturday 7/12 for emissions and oil change. Left with only an inspection and in my mind (I apologized later) I thought emissions also included tag renewal since I only go once a year. They seemed a bit annoyed but I didn’t think much of it. After 2 hrs (left at 5pm) I drove off only to realize my oil sticker and maintenance reminder were not changed. They were supposed to email my receipts but I didn’t get them until Monday mid morning when Travis, the manager called me about my survey concerns. Apparently there were two incidents that happened this same day. I took a picture and reset it myself. Monday comes and I have a dead battery. Travis, the manager was very respectful and understanding. He says the two guys that helped me were very new (Connor and another guy with shoulder length hair & mustache). Travis took full responsibility for what happened. Told him about my battery and he said it was checked, but low. I was not told that on Saturday. Tuesday, I get a “check brake system” alert. Emailed manager but no response (that’s fine I will go in that weekend) Alert disappeared next morning. Replaced battery Thursday morning since it died again. Now, 3:55pm today I have 4 maintenance alerts (engine oil, tire rotation, air filters, and spark plugs. I was told my oil was changed but they forgot to add sticker. I spoke to Ethan and sensed he thought I was in the wrong for these concerns. Told him I took the picture of my oil % after I left the garage last Saturday, asked him about air filter, spark plug, oil maintenance alerts and he kind of brushed them off. They were closing soon which I understood. I understand they are busy but not being aware of these issues for a whole week is concerning. The only alert left on is oil & filter. I left annoyed. I regret not speaking about brake system alert but told them everything else (battery, etc) My dad told me next day that he stopped going to this location this year after 25yrs. I’ve been going off and on for 10yrs. I may never come back.
