Went in after school pickup for an oil change and emissions test w/ no cars in the bay in front of me and they took almost an hour just to do the oil change. I left before the emissions test b/c it was taking forever and my kids were hungry. Isn’t the whole point of this place to be able to get a quick oil change? It’s not rocket science.
