  Great location to rent from. Staff is very helpful. Had to get a car from them two weekends in a row. Erik even called to confirm everything a couple days before and was very accommodating when my wife stopped by to pick up the vehicle. Keep up the great work guys

  My son was in an accident and we needed to rent a car to drive home to Arizona on Nov 22. I booked online and tried calling to confirm. They never answered the phone. I went ahead and got an Uber to the location. The entire trip in the uber, I was trying to call and they never answered. I got to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, and they just said "we don't have any cars." I travel a lot for work, and always rent through Enterprise... until this experience in Provo. I will never use Enterprise again. According to the guy at the Provo location, the Enterprise website will allow you to book even if there are no vehicles available (which is apparently exactly what happened). I need a rental company that is going to be more reliable. I switched to Hertz for all my rentals since this incident.
