I went ahead and got an Uber to the location. The entire trip in the uber, I was trying to call and they never answered. I got to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, and they just said "we don't have any cars." I travel a lot for work, and always rent through Enterprise... until this experience in Provo. I will never use Enterprise again. According to the guy at the Provo location, the Enterprise website will allow you to book even if there are no vehicles available (which is apparently exactly what happened). I need a rental company that is going to be more reliable. I switched to Hertz for all my rentals since this incident.

When I arrived, there was no Enterprise on-site, and I had to wait for a pickup to an off-airport location. I later learned they were closed on Sunday, when I was supposed to return the car, and I’d be responsible for any damage until Monday morning if I dropped it off. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. The issue is misleading rental information, which caused delays and stress. Had I known the real location and hours, I wouldn’t have booked here. Won’t be using this location again.
