They did not notify me and went straight to my insurance filing a claim. A huge hassle to deal with for months. FRUADS! True scam artist. Makes you wonder how many people they have falsely accused and screwed over. Terrible terrible place. Will never rent again.

I decided I would try the Enterprise in Provo. It was great. Can’t believe I haven’t done it before. Staff was friendly and efficient and the after hours key drop off was easy.

When he was asked of charges he denied them . Headquarters finally gave me a bill 3 days after they took my money. 7 days after my contract closed there own invoice even shoes they overcharged me for $187.60. Beware cancel your card after using enterprise in provo. Eric earned great commission. $54 for a 2 day rental and $500 for some optional insurance eric claimed i had to have only needed to send my declaration to liberty mutal and they will pay it eric said it was all a lie. Dam I got scammed. Please beware
