  This is hands down the best car place I’ve been too. They are honest and through. They do full car review for free and then give a detailed break down of all of the services they offer. Each service lists why they think you need it, what it is, and the price for the parts and the price for labor and the total price. They never do any labor before you approve the quote. They are so through. They find out everything there is to know about your car. They are also just friendly, and always willing to take the time to explain procedures to you…etc. could not recommend them enough

  Cleggs is the best! Rulan is a great service advisor. They got my oil change, transmission fluid drain and fill, and rear breakes and rotors all done in probably half the time it takes the dealership to do just an oil change. Highly recommend!

  Quoted me $970 to fix my driver belt, when another auto shop quoted me $430 to fix the exact same thing. That’s after I had already paid $170 for the diagnostics test. Take your car somewhere else, they’re going to overcharge you here.

  If you value your life and the lives around you, DO NOT ever use Clegg Auto. My family and I had one of the scariest experiences of our lives over the weekend due to fraudulent work and old parts being installed on our car. We had rear calipers replaced FIVE months ago and were told they were new parts. In fact, they were not. They completely failed on the freeway almost killing all of us. We had taken it to the closest shop we could get it to safely and they were completely shocked at the state of these "5 month old parts". This is not the first time that this shop has put in used parts and charged us for "new" parts. They are unprofessional, rude and accusatory. I would never recommend Clegg to anyone.

  TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!! After the repair they showed me the old wheel bearing and said it was bad, so they replaced it. But then the car had all the same problems as before! I didn’t want a full diagnosis but you’d think they would at least check if the wheel bearing is actually bad before they replace it. They offered to do a free diagnosis after but wouldn’t offer any sort of refund or the parts back that they broke while they were taking them out. I sent them a video and explanation of the problem when I took it in, but they never replied and then gave me a list of a bunch of other things that were wrong with the car, but no solution for the grinding sound the car makes when turning left!
