  Take your car somewhere else. I took my car in to get my refrigerant replaced, they told me they would run a diagnostic if they noticed anything else need to be fixed, but didn’t and instead replaced something that ended up costing thousands and when that ended up not fixing the AC they told me they only replaced it because it VISUALLY looked bad, they didn’t run any tests to confirm that it was the problem, then they decided to replace my tire valve without my consent, it didn’t end there they replaced it with a faulty sensor and when I tried to go back to get it fixed for THEIR mistake the man in front was going to charge me, luckily one of the workers was kind enough to do it for me for free (that’s why there’s 2 stars not 0) but if that worker hadn’t stepped in i guarantee they would’ve made me pay for their mistake. Overall I ended up paying thousands for a very bad experience, take your car somewhere else.

  I’ve been going to Clegg’s for years, since back when they used to be closer to university Parkway where the Jiffy Lube is now. And I have never had a bad experience there. Everybody is incredibly helpful and kind and take such awesome care of our cars!

  Took care of some lighting issues extremely quickly, lowered labor costs after it turned out to be an easier job than expected, and added on registration tags last second, all day of! Couldn't be more impressed.

  The team at Clegg did a wonderful job fixing my light and changing my oil. They were fantastic at listening and communicating what was going on. And they were very quick with the repair. I 100% recommend Clegg Auto!

  Shop fees? Went in to get an oil change on my daughter's car. The coupon that they advertise is pretty simple, $59.99 synthetic oil change. I understand that the car needs another court of oil, so there is an $11 charge for that. The total comes out to $86. I asked where the discrepancy is, and was told there's tax and $11 in "shop fees." I asked what that means, and I'm told by the manager that it covers the cost of buying towels and other expenses for the shop. I let him know you can buy a lot of shop towels for $11. He told me that it is included in all of their service and caps out at $50!! At that point, I had already waited most of the day who are the 2: 00pm appointment at I chosen when I walked in at opening time. So I said just go ahead and do it. After it said and done, they say that she needs $7 in coolant. I say fine go ahead and add it on. Now the total is $99. Guess where the extra fee came from? You got it, more shop fees! They must have spilled a lot of coolant on the floor to go through another 20 pack of towels. Eventually I complained enough that they took the entire amount down to $92 at the door. Still, it would have been cheaper to go to Jiffy Lube and tbe done in 20 minutes, and the price would have been cheaper using one of their $25 off coupons. I was really hoping to find a reliable, honest place for my daughter to get her maintenance done on her car. Unfortunately, this is not the place. I understand, oil prices are through the roof right now. So charge more for the oil. Plain and simple.
