I had a membership and at that time my car was never getting clean so I was told to come back through for a free car wash considering how much I paid for months with no good results on my car… I paid for their best wash service. He decided not to honor the free wash that I was told I could receive. I will never be back to this awful car wash. Mind you their pen they write on your windows with scratched my window!! Not happy. Rude customer service, horrible car wash and they damage your vehicle. Beware!
