I come out side to get in my car and lo and behold there is oil everywhere leaking from the filter. Is is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable for a place that almost exclusively does oil changes.

Had to jump the car to get it to start. Blamed us for the entire ordeal. Battery has never given us trouble. Now I have to drive for 2 weeks before I can come back for a test. They had this new lady (red hair, heavier set), who I think is from a high up company who was not very kind to the manager or employees. I’m pretty sure the managers name is Alec but he was super friendly as usual and doing everything that they do at the beginning and this lady is being really condescending and basically telling him out loud everything he did wrong because they didn’t do like one thing or something. As they were doing safety checks and working under my hood I can hear this lady tell him “no wondering your team is the way it is” and was telling him how basically their team sucks. She was loudly telling him hypercritical things and he was trying to just get my stuff done so I could leave. Granted I’ve never worked in this industry/this job so I’m not sure how things are ran but I do know she was super unprofessional with the way she was addressing him and his team. Constructive criticism is always great but actively belittling them in front of customers is just poor judgment. Like I said before I love this store but if she is there again or takes over as manager, I will never go back and go to one way closer to my house. She really put a negative image on how I view this company.
