  Tech was friendly, went over all services and it took only 10 minutes to get through. Only complaint was he forgot the window sticker for the next change.

  Came here for an oil change, they found our used car that we had just bought had a front hood that wasn’t sitting correctly, so they went ahead and fixed it for free without us having to ask. They also did a very quick oil changed and checked all of our lights to make sure they were working. Overall it was a great experience, very kind staff, will go again soon!

  The guys here took really great care of me. They got me in right away and were very helpful. I met the owner. I am an Elvis performer and we took pictures and I sang them a line. Great people. Thanks guys for the help.

  “I went to Express Oil Change for a routine oil change, for the First time. After experiencing poor customer service from one employee, Daniel, I calmly asked to get his name to then talk with a manager. I also requested to stop the service and leave. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager Michael began yelling at me and said, ‘Don’t come back here — we don’t want your business.’ He continued shouting while standing very close to my driver’s window in an intimidating manner. I felt trapped in their work area and genuinely unsafe. They took more than 5 minutes to open their garage door for me to leave. At one point, I considered calling the police. To make matters worse, other employees began laughing when he kept yelling, ‘Don’t come back.’ This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be made to feel threatened or unsafe, especially as a woman alone in my vehicle. I left shaken and concerned for my personal safety. I hope corporate leadership addresses this serious issue.”
