  Had some car troubles and a lady had me do a report on my car with their little machine and was very dismissive towards me. Then after plugging it into their computer another employee that was helping me at this point was absolutely clueless. Like I don’t expect him to know everything but he printed out the report and pretty much told me “if you take it to a mechanic they can tell you what’s wrong and fix it”. 😭😭😭 Genuinely hilarious. He was unable to answer any questions of what could be wrong. Went to an autozone 5 minutes down the road and walked in with the report. The employee there was very kind and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Seems like this probably isn’t the best autozone around.

  Took advantage of free service in assessing ‘check engine’ light. Along with service employee printed out results of problem; showed me options of fixing it and was very courteous and helpful.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but this one absolutely deserves it. This place was depressing just walking in. The Who guys that were there seemed like they hated their lives and didn’t want to be working. Younger kid had no idea what he was looking up. I needed to connect two hoses together with a barb piece and he had no idea how to look for it. I also needed a belt a certain size and he had no common sense on how to figure that out either. I’ll be going across the street for any help from now on.

  Came in to recycle oil and purchase more. Was told recycling “tank was full.” I said I would not be purchasing oil if I can’t recycle my old oil, no big deal. Second employee became very upset and started yelling at me that “the tank was full”. I got that the first time was told. Will be going elsewhere from here on out. Don’t appreciate getting yelled at by employee because I decided to take my business elsewhere since they could not fulfill my need.
