They'll sell you wrong parts, charge you for them and the new parts, not refund you for their mistakes, accuse you of fraud etc. There is a reason they arent affiliated with corporate Napa.

I had been in earlier for a battery but had to attend an event for my daughter and would have stopped on my way to the event for a core return had I known they would be closed an hour earlier than wha their website says. Someone needs to go into their site and update their hours or stay open until 9:00. If I was traveling and had jumped off the fwy because it was close to the exit and it said they were open I'd be a bit mad.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
