  I’m extremely dissatisfied with the repairs on my 2018 GMC Sierra 2500. It’s now going on 4 months, plus a second visit to another shop, and multiple obvious issues were initially dismissed: • Hood is bent again and now stuck shut • Headlight fills with water • Truck pulls hard to the right I was told these were “pre-existing,” which is simply not true. Because of the complete failure of the repair done by Gerber, I sent the truck to another collision shop for further diagnosis—and what they found is now likely to total the truck out. The second shop inspection uncovered multiple serious issues that were completely missed, including frame damage, a broken weld, and a stress fracture at the impact point—all major safety concerns. What started as poor cosmetic work has turned into serious structural and safety problems. This raises major concerns about the quality and integrity of the repair. I would not trust this shop with any vehicle.

  Couldn’t have been easier. Gerber handled everything from start to finish with a quick turnaround and great communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole experience stress-free. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

  Great staff! Have only used for small scratches and paint defects that they were able to buff out, but will definitely use them if I ever have collision or glass work needed.

  The team at CKM was friendly and professional, the price was fair and the work quality was great! This is the third time we’ve used them and will go back - but hope we don’t have to!
