Grady and his staff took care of me from beginning to end and got my truck back in great working order and looking brand new again, which is impressive considering the amount of damage the deer caused to the front end. The process was easy and simple, with no complications. The text message updates and the online dashboard were very helpful to reference when I wanted to know where the process stood, and the employees also provided updates from time to time to give me peace of mind. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs collision repair or body work. Fingers crossed I never have to return myself! But if I do, I will not hesitate to trust this location to take full care of my vehicle. Highly recommend.
